Delivery will take 5-15 working days depending on the location) from receipt of order or receipt of payment for the order. However if your order is for a specific event please let us know your deadline at the time of ordering or order confirmation. Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. Freight and handling fee is determined by Australia Post pricing.


Refund Policy

The following Returns Policy does not effect any rights you may have under the consumer guarantees regime contained in the Australian Consumer Law, which is set out at Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (ACL), as amended from time to time, or other similar legislation of a state of territory of Australia.

Please choose carefully when making purchases as we do not provide refunds or returns if you change your mind. 
Refunds, exchange or credits are entitled only if the products you have brought are:
•damaged or faulty
•significantly different to those shown or described to you
•not doing what they’re supposed to do
If there is a problem with your product please contact the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then assess your query and respond to you. 
All goods that are to be refunded must be in its original package with contents inside. 



Order cancellations must be made before the products are shipped out. Cancellations may attract an administration fee of up to $15.00 depending on the stage in which the cancellations was made. Once the products are sent out it is not possible to make cancellations.
